## Flexible PostgreSQL plans now available for all workspaces

Render's new [flexible plans for Render PostgreSQL](https://docs.render.com/postgresql-refresh) are now available for all workspaces. These plans enable you to set your database's storage separately from its RAM and CPU.

Starting today, every new database created on Render has a flexible plan. If you have a database on a [legacy instance type](https://docs.render.com/postgresql-legacy-instance-types), you can optionally [move it to a flexible plan](https://docs.render.com/databases#changing-your-instance-type) for improved customization and control.
